No more print, sign, scan

Your client can sign on their phone on the sofa. A quote that waits for a printer is a quote that waits.

A signature only when you want one

Ask for a signature on a kitchen renovation, keep it to one click for a quick repair. You choose per quote.

Everything on record

The signature, the time of approval and any note from your client are saved on the quote, and the signature is printed on the PDF.

How it works

  1. 1

Turn on 'require signature' for the quote if you want one.

  2. 2

Your client reads the quote, picks their options and clicks approve.

  3. 3

They sign, you both get a confirmation email and the quote is marked as approved.

Frequently asked questions

Are electronic signatures legally valid?

In the EU, the eIDAS regulation says an electronic signature can't be refused as evidence just because it's electronic. For most quotes a simple electronic signature is fine. If you have specific legal requirements, check with your advisor.

Can a client decline instead?

Yes. Your client can decline and give a reason, so you know what went wrong and can come back with a better offer.

What happens after approval?

You and your client both get a confirmation email, and the approval shows up in your dashboard and on the quote's timeline.
