What is Offinal?

Offinal is quoting software. Instead of a PDF, your client gets a link. They pick options, see the total change, ask questions and sign online. You can still download every quote as a PDF.

Who is Offinal for?

Anyone who lives from quotes: contractors, installers, agencies, freelancers, event businesses, architects and IT providers.

Do my clients need an account?

No. Your client opens the link in their browser, on a phone or a computer, and can approve, ask a question or request a change without signing up.

Can clients sign quotes online?

Yes. Your client draws their signature on the quote and you're notified straight away. The signature, date and time are saved with the quote.

Can I still send PDF quotes?

Yes. Every quote downloads as a PDF with your logo, to attach to an email or keep for your records.

Which languages and currencies are supported?

Quotes come in 13 languages, including Belgian Dutch and French, and in any currency. Your client can switch the language on the quote.

Is Offinal free?

Yes, during early access: every feature, as many quotes as you like, no credit card. If we add paid plans for larger teams later, you'll hear well in advance.
