Volume pricing that does the maths for you
Cheaper per piece at 50 than at 5? Set your price tiers once. When your client changes the quantity, the unit price and total follow, no spreadsheet needed.

Reward bigger orders
When your client sees the price per piece drop at 100, ordering a few more suddenly makes sense.
Two pricing models
Charge the whole order at the price of the tier it reaches. Or use graduated pricing, where each unit is charged at the price of the tier it falls in.
Your client picks the quantity
Your client fills in how many they need on the quote and sees the price change right away.
How it works
- 1
Add a volume section to your quote and set your price tiers.
- 2
Choose volume or graduated pricing and, if you like, a minimum quantity.
- 3
Your client enters a quantity and sees the right price straight away.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between volume and graduated pricing?
With volume pricing, the whole quantity is charged at the price of the tier it reaches. With graduated pricing, it goes in steps: the first units at the first tier's price, the next ones at the second tier's price, and so on.
Can I set a minimum quantity?
Yes. For each volume section you can set the lowest quantity a client is allowed to enter.
Does volume pricing work with discounts and VAT?
Yes. Discounts and VAT are worked out on top of the volume prices, and one quote can mix volume sections with packages, extras and regular items.
